Can I order photos online using my credit card?

Yes. We sell our photos online through Paypal.   If you are already a Paypal member, you can pay using your existing account.  If you are not a member of Paypal, you may still place an order, either by becoming a member of Paypal or by creating a guest account.  You do not have to register with Paypal to make a credit card payment.  Using Paypal, your credit card information is encrypted when you place your order.

What if I am not comfortable giving my credit card information over the internet?

If you don't want to use your credit card online you may call us anytime during our regular business hours to place your order. Please call (717) 761-2017 and have the photo number(s) and your order ready.  You may also print a copy of your order and mail it to us along with a check for your payment.

Do I have to place an order online?

No, you may place an order online if you want, or you may use the online service to view your photos and call or come in to the studio to place your order.  If you have any questions about your order or if you are having trouble using the online ordering software please call us at (717) 761-2017 or stop in to the studio to place your order. Some of the photos are not really clear on the website. Will they look this way if I order them?

No. The images that we post online are highly compressed. If we didn't compress them they would take hours to display on your computer. The files that we print from are uncompressed and will be true studio quality.  Note that you can click ENLARGE to see a larger preview file if you wish.

Will the prints I order be printed on an inkjet printer?

No. Your pictures will be printed directly on photographic paper.

How long will the events be on the internet and available for ordering?

The time an event will be online depends on a number of factors.  When you view your photos, the expiration date for the photo gallery is listed on the web page.  If you are interested in ordering, please do so as soon as possible.

Can I download the photos and print them myself?

No. The photos we take are protected by copyright laws. You are welcome to browse as much as you want, but you may not download or print the photos.
